Original Artworks
Original artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.
If you choose custom framing, please allow up to 2 weeks for framing and dispatch.
Prints
Prints are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for printing and dispatch.
New Zealand
Free shipping is included on all orders within New Zealand.
International
International shipping is available. Please contact me for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, along with your shipping confirmation.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want you to be happy with your artwork. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can help.
Original Artworks
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, ideally with photographs of the artwork and packaging, so I can work with you to resolve the issue.
Prints
Prints are made to order specifically for you. If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality or your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs and I will arrange an appropriate solution.
Change of Mind
Because original artworks are unique and prints are made to order, I do not generally accept returns simply due to a change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.

Fleur Benn Paints respects your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information safe.
When you purchase an artwork, contact me, or otherwise interact with my website, I may collect information such as your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order details. This information is used only as necessary to process your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you and provide customer service.
Payment information is processed securely through the payment services available through my online store. I do not have access to your full payment card details.
I will not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to fulfil your order, such as payment providers and shipping companies.
You may contact me if you would like to know what personal information I hold about you, or if you believe any of your information needs to be corrected.
Fleur Benn Paints will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal or accounting purposes.

Artwork & Images
All original artworks, photographs, illustrations and written content on this website are the property of Fleur Benn unless otherwise stated.
Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Original Artworks
Each original artwork is a unique, handmade piece. Small variations and imperfections may be present as part of the nature of an original artwork.
Prints
Prints are produced to order. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials.
Commissions
Commissioned artworks are quoted individually according to the size, materials, complexity and time involved.
A commission will not begin until the agreed requirements and price have been confirmed. The timeframe will be discussed at the time of the commission and may vary depending on the nature of the work and communication required throughout the process.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before an artwork, print or commission is prepared or dispatched.
Changes
Fleur Benn Paints reserves the right to update product information, pricing and these terms when necessary. Any changes will apply to future purchases.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.
